Initial Counselling Session
Experience a welcoming, supportive introduction to your session. A chance to get to know each other, explore what brings you to counselling as well as your hopes and goals for our time together. I will answer any questions or concerns you may have and be guided by what ever feels right for you.
1.5 hour duration, so as to not rush the process - $160

Ongoing Counselling Session
Ongoing counselling sessions are guided by what matters to you most, with space to explore thoughts, feelings and your experiences on a deeper level. Together we will work towards the goals you've identified. These sessions are a supportive space for you to reflect, grow and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
1 hour duration - $135

Online Counselling Session
An online counselling session offers the same supportive, safe space - just from the comfort of your own home. Whether you are at home or on the go, sessions are held via secure video platform or over phone/FaceTime. Effective for client's needing more flexibility or geographic distances. It's a convenient way to feel supported and connected in a meaningful way.
1 hour duration - $130

My group workshops offer a supportive, engaging space where I share insightful knowledge, tools and techniques you can apply to your everyday life. These sessions are designed to inspire self-awareness, build courage and confidence to be yourself, whilst fostering connection, communication and self-growth.
